Munich/Lausanne (CH), 22.06.2026 – Giotto.ai and KPS AG are announcing a strategic partnership: The pioneering Swiss AI lab and the leading digital transformation consultancy are pooling their expertise to make Giotto.ai’s AI technology accessible to European clients, combining AI with enterprise-level consultancy and implementation expertise. Their shared goal is to develop sovereign, high-performance and controllable AI for businesses and institutions, with a focus on data autonomy and strategic independence. The target clients include businesses and corporate groups as well as institutions, governments and the public sector.
This joint strategic move is part of a global mission with a strong European foundation and follows the recent announcement of Giotto.ai’s collaboration with SAP, a world-leading provider of enterprise applications and business AI. Together, the two partners are conducting research into the integration of advanced AI reasoning capabilities into SAP Joule agents.
Giotto.ai provides an AI model and operating system that are flexibly designed to run on the customer’s preferred infrastructure. This means that customers can utilise Giotto’s advanced AI reasoning capabilities on their own graphics processing units (GPUs), in sovereign cloud environments, on capacity managed by Giotto, or on pre-installed Giotto appliances, with configurations possible from as little as a single GPU.
Last week, Giotto.ai announced that selected institutional partners and public authorities now have access to the sovereign AI model and operating system, ahead of a wider rollout to individual users in July.

Specifically, this means more than 25 years’ experience in digital transformation, as well as comprehensive expertise in the implementation and integration of SAP landscapes.
