Unterföhring/Munich, 20.04.2026 – What do mid-sized businesses look for when choosing a reliable IT project partner? Beyond strong capabilities and competitive pricing, recommendations often make the difference. In Markt & Mittelstand’s 2026 Top Partner Ranking, KPS stood out in this respect, achieving the highest rating.
The ranking, compiled by Markt & Mittelstand in collaboration with the market research institute Q-Ranks, is based on extensive market analysis, resulting in a longlist of 476 providers across 45 sectors. Q-Ranks then conducted 20,130 individual interviews, surveying buyers, department heads and end users about their experiences. Participants were selected to be representative according to socio-demographic criteria and were contacted in January 2026. The survey was carried out entirely independently of the companies assessed, ensuring fully neutral and objective results.
In IT consulting, success depends on expertise and the ability to understand complex client scenarios, guide the right approach and deliver digital transformation effectively. Past performance is reflected above all in the ‘recommendation rate’. Among larger IT consultancies serving medium-sized enterprises, KPS achieved the highest score in this category, with 75 points. With an overall score of 70.5 points across service quality, value for money and willingness to recommend, KPS has been awarded the ‘Top Partner’ distinction.
