KPS wins Top 100 Innovation Award once again

Prestigious recognition for outstanding innovation in the mid-market

Munich, 26 June 2026 – KPS AG has won the renowned Top 100 innovation award for the fifth time in its company history. Winning the award once again reflects the vibrant innovation culture at KPS and the tangible benefits this brings to its clients. KPS impressed the jury with several innovations through which the company is evolving from traditional consulting towards a solutions provider with a clear product and service orientation — always to deliver measurable, lasting value to its clients.

Top 100 is regarded as Germany’s only independent award for innovation management, which is why competition amongst applicants is exceptionally high. The Top 100 evaluation focuses on the extent to which innovation within a company is the result of a systematic approach. It also examines how effectively ideas are translated into tangible market successes. The scientific jury assesses candidates against more than 100 evaluation criteria, with the analysis placing particular emphasis on the distinct characteristics of entirely different industries and company sizes.

Innovation with governance and as part of leadership responsibility

To turn a good idea into a genuine, scalable innovation, KPS relies on a deliberately structured internal management and governance framework. This places a strong emphasis on embedding innovation within the responsibility of individual core areas and Practice Leads. They are given the freedom to systematically identify trends, evaluate them in controlled exploration formats, and prioritise them according to market demand and business impact. The goal is not to roll out a comprehensive solution immediately, but first to assess robustly what concrete business value the planned innovation can deliver. Only once that business value is clearly demonstrable does scaling take place.
