Jørgen Klüwer, Managing Director Nordics at KPS has over 20 years of management experience from the Retail business, IT and Consulting. He joined KPS in 2014 and has been leading the company’s growth in the Nordic region. Jørgen has held senior management positions at Salling Group – the leading Danish Retail company - also through the company’s transformation program onto SAP. Jørgen also had a role as e-commerce director, heading up an ambitious plan to make Salling Group Omni-Channel ready, including both major technology and business initiatives. At KPS, Jørgen Klüwer works mainly in the areas of business development, business consulting and change management for large-scale, digital transformation initiatives. Jørgen is a graduate from the University of Southern Denmark and the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, USA.
Dr. Michael Mirz

Dr. Michael Mirz, Vice President International and Managing Partner at KPS, has 20 years of experience in the retail, manufacturing and automotive industries. After completing an undergraduate business degree at Boston University and an MBA at the IESE Business School in Barcelona, Mirz began his career in the automotive industry. He then spent several years in management roles at some of Europe’s leading fashion companies. At KPS, Michael Mirz works in business development and business consulting, leading large-scale KPS transformation projects with a focus on omnichannel retail, supply chain optimization and corporate restructuring.
Kim Gotsaed Willum
Director of SAP Concur Nordics
Kim Gotsaed Willum, Director of SAP Concur at KPS, has over 20 years of experience managing large SAP projects in Europe. He has industry experience from Energy/Utilities, Food & Beverage, Insurance, Business service, Transport, Hotel & Entertainment and Public Sector. He joined the former Saphira Consulting in 2012 that was acquired by KPS in 2017 and has held senior positions in steering groups with direct lines to our Clients CFO level. As Director and Head of SAP Concur at KPS Kim’s focus is on strategic planning, business development, change management and project portfolio management. Kim holds a Master in Economics from Copenhagen University and has certifications in IPMA, Prince 2, SCRUM and The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Casper Hovard
Head of SAP ERP S/4, Nordics
Casper Hovard, Head of SAP ERP S/4 Nordics, is a senior program/project manager and IT business Consultant, with more than 20 years of IT experience, involving various aspects of SAP implementations and maintenance. As Head of the SAP ERP & SAP S/4 practice his focus is on business development, managing large SAP programs and developing client relationships at top management level.
He holds a degree in Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Information Technology and Software Development from IT University of Copenhagen. Throughout his career, Casper has gained deep knowledge of both theoretical and practical system development and implementation processes. His experience covers the full system lifecycle, ranging from project tender, project startup, implementation, go-live, the ongoing maintenance and improvement, and system decommissioning.
