Barcelona/Munich, August 1, 2017 – KPS AG, the European market leader in retail transformation consulting, has acquired ICE Consultants Europe SL, a leading Spanish SAP consulting partner. ICE will become a 100% subsidiary of KPS AG effective October 2, 2017. The acquisition strengthens KPS’s position as a leading consultancy for digital business transformation in Europe.
ICE is headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, and was established in 2001 by three managers highly experienced in SAP and business process optimization. Over the past 15 years, ICE has built up an impressive and loyal client base in Spain, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands as well as North and South America. The multidisciplinary team of 100 consultants supports companies in the sectors of retail and wholesale, consumer products, automotive and pharmaceuticals. ICE provides Business Process consulting, SAP implementation projects and Application Management Services to clients such as Coca-Cola, Revlon, Sanofi or SEAT. ICE already at an early stage specialized in Design Thinking, standard and custom apps based on SAP Fiori, SAP Customer Relationship Management as well as S/4HANA upgrades and cloud projects.
