Munich, 31.05.2017. The latest Lünendonk list ranks KPS 5th amongst the top 10 management consultancies in Germany. The leading consultancy for the retail sector achieved almost 18% growth – significantly above the 11% average – after posting revenues of €144.9 million.
KPS also clearly exceeds the headcount growth trend, positioning itself strongly as an attractive employer. With an around 18% increase, KPS achieved growth more than twice as strong as the top 10 consultancies overall which averaged around 7%.
Michael Tsifidaris, chairman of KPS’s Supervisory Board, believes the rankings confirm the corporate strategy adopted is the right one: “The digital transformation places new requirements on companies from data analysis to design. KPS has set the course at an early stage in this respect and has consultants capable of implementing the innovative omni-channel model effectively and successfully to tight deadlines.”
Each year Lünendonk complies a list of the top 10 German consultancies generating the highest revenues. Only companies founded and with a capital majority in Germany are included in the list. Having generated total revenues of around €1.7 billion in Germany and abroad and with a 7,250-strong workforce, the ten leading German management consultancies can look back on a successful financial year overall. Lünendonk attributes this success to the good economic climate and the increasing challenges facing companies in the field of digital transformation.
The 10 leading management consultancies in Germany again forecast revenue growth of 10.9% for the current 2017 financial year.
“The 10.9% revenue growth forecast by the management consultancies for 2017 could be exceeded again according to the latest survey. With an 18% increase, KPS has achieved above-average growth compared to other consultancies,” remarked Jonas Lünendonk, Managing Partner of Lünendonk GmbH, explaining KPS’s latest evaluation.
