The challenge
Galeria needed to automate data pipelines and streamline processes across diverse databases, but manual report creation was inefficient and inconsistent. This complexity hindered data accuracy, making it difficult for the company to make timely, data-driven decisions.
The solution
We created a centralised data warehouse using Google BigQuery, integrating multiple systems for streamlined management. PowerBI and Looker Studio were used to democratise data access, enabling informed decisions. Workshops and analyses ensured robust data models, eliminating discrepancies.
The result
Galeria harmonised data processes, enabling confident, data-driven decisions. The project fostered analytics expertise, creating 10 reports, saving 30 hours weekly, and training 34 employees. This foundation supports ongoing growth and further AI integration.
