The Supervisory Board of KPS AG passed a unanimous resolution at its meeting today to appoint Mr. Leonardo Musso as a further Member of the Executive Board of KPS AG in addition to the existing sole Board Member, Dietmar Müller, with effect from 22 December 2015. Mr. Musso has been appointed initially for a period of office up until midnight on 31 December 2018 and he has accepted the appointment. The Executive Board of KPS AG will therefore have two members in future.
“As an additional Member of the Executive Board, Mr. Musso contributes the ideal enablers for the future growth of the KPS Group – in particular in light of the continued positioning in international markets,” commented Michael Tsifidaris, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the KPS Group. “Furthermore, as a founder member and longstanding General Representative of KPS AG he has comprehensive experience in the development and management of operating business. My colleagues and I have great respect for Mr. Musso and we are delighted to send through his appointment a clear signal of continuity for the success story of the KPS Group.”
After studying economics at the Universities of Florence, Constance and Barcelona, Leonardo Musso started his professional career at BMW AG. There he took responsibility for functions in the area of international product marketing and subsequently moved to IBM Consulting where he shared responsibility for several international project initiatives. As one of the four founders of KPS Consulting, he was responsible for managing the operating business of the subsidiaries of KPS consulting, and acted as General Representative and Authorized Signatory (Prokurist) for KPS AG before his appointment as a Member of the Executive Board.
