The Supervisory Board of KPS AG reached an agreement at its meeting today not to extend further the current period of office of the incumbent member of the Executive Board Mr. Dietmar Müller at his request owing to him reaching the internal age limit within the company for members of the Executive Board. The appointment of Mr. Müller and his contract of service as a Member of the Executive Board will therefore end on 31 May 2017. The other Member of the Executive Board, Mr. Leonardo Musso, will therefore be the sole Member of the Executive Board effective 1 June 2017 until further notice. The Members of the Supervisory Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Müller for the exceptionally congenial cooperation in an atmosphere of trust. “As a founding member of KPS AG, he has made a substantial contribution to the success story of the company. At the same time, he has also established a stable platform for the successful development of KPS AG,” commented Michael Tsifidaris, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the KPS Group. “We are delighted that Mr. Müller will continue to remain closely associated with KPS AG as one of the main shareholders.” The officers involved would like to come to a separate agreement about a potential commitment on the Supervisory Board of the company at an appropriate time.
