Copenhagen, 05. May 2020. KPS helps Grundfos by implementing SAP Concur to cut costs and reduce time spend on expense management. A global solution was developed and successfully rolled-out to three countries in just five months. Meanwhile Grundfos was equipped with knowledge and tools to add more countries itself, while still holding on to KPS for assistance and support.
To make expense management faster and easier, Grundfos chose to use SAP Concur globally. The solution integrates all expense data into one single system and is accessible via mobile devices. Expenses can be managed end-to-end without additional effort, forecasts become more accurate and corporate compliance is achieved.
Grundfos selected KPS as implementation partner because of its strong expertise in SAP Concur and vast experience from similar projects. Combining business consulting capabilities with a strong IT/SAP implementation background, KPS offered a unique approach – KPS Rapid-Transformation® – leveraging an agile methodology and comprehensive library of best practice business processes, that helped Grundfos reducing complexity risk and project duration.
A global solution was developed and successfully rolled-out to three countries in just five months. KPS facilitated a few design workshops onsite, the system configuration and integration to backend systems were done remotely by KPS Concur consultants and the roll-out was handled by Grundfos Shared Service Centre in Budapest with assistance from KPS.

The solution will be rolled-out globally over the course of the next years by the Grundfos Team in Budapest. “This is possible because our methodology enables and increases the core project team competences during the first phase.
