The challenge
The previous content creation process in SEO marketing at Jungheinrich was too complex and heavily dependent on manual interaction, which significantly limited the ability to react to current market trends. The aim was to accelerate content creation by automating selected tasks, streamlining processes and thus sustainably increasing overall productivity.
The solution
A fully integrated, automated content generation app was developed. It creates individual, SEO-optimized blog post drafts based on a defined content plan at the touch of a button. The solution also includes automatic translation into several languages and export as a Google Doc – with the aim of subsequently checking the texts manually and refining them editorially if necessary.
The procedure
In a 12-week proof of concept (PoC), Jungheinrich and KPS jointly developed a customized AI solution to automate content creation. Based on live data, content was generated automatically according to the minimal principle using BigQuery for data modeling and Vertex AI for text production. Regular “shoulder reviews” ensured close, agile coordination between the teams.
The result
The solution enables Jungheinrich the generation of optimized content on relevant topics in a matter of seconds. The integrated translation function makes it easier to use in different markets, and the simple operation by key users ensures smooth implementation on a day-to-day basis. Overall, this leads to a noticeable increase in efficiency in SEO content creation.
