"Most Valuable Services": New D2C-Model for Catering Specialist Brakes UK

London, UK/Munich, Germany, November 3, 2020. - Since the beginning of the global pandemic, Brakes, a British catering company, has been supplying end consumers with food and other essential daily necessities. Previously Brakes was a purely B2B company. With lockdown closing down the hospitality industry, Brakes reacted quickly and decisively: In just 7 days, the company converted its business model with the help of KPS and not only put a new B2C website live, but also adapted its business processes so that end customers could be supplied. Now KPS has been recognized for this outstanding achievement at the Stevie International Business Awards. The "Most Valuable Service" category recognizes consumer services developed since the beginning of 2020 to counteract the effects of COVID-19.
