Qualification, Skills & Experience

  • Sales background in complex projects sales
  • Experience in selling client-focused solutions based on end-customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
  • Experience with IT-management /IT-sales
  • The hunger and energy to secure new work, recognition that even small opportunities in the right conditions can lead to much larger ones
  • Instinctive networking skill – strong senior relationship making skills, to establish yourself within clients and identify new leads
  • Driven by the thrill of detecting, maturing and acquiring new opportunities at large/mid-size companies
  • Strong commercial and business acumen and know when specialist help might be needed from the KPS consultancy team
  • 10+ years of sales consulting experience
  • Deep digital understanding, ideally including SAP products
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
