The CX Business Development Manager is responsible for the growth of CX in the UK.
Their job is to create leads, develop them into a pipeline of opportunities, and manage them through initiation, development and successful closure to create large-scale CX projects for implementation. This person will facilitate and shape business requirements, highlighting opportunities and solutions and work closely with the consultancy team to help develop sales pitches. The CX Business Development Manager will develop trusted and long-lasting relationships with different prospect stakeholders and provide high-level solutions and estimations for business needs based on accumulated business knowledge. They will be able to leverage their network to win new business and actively engage potential customers and sell complex project-led initiatives.
