KPS provides versatile support
KPS supports its customers in retail and other industries in the strategic reorientation of the company and in the implementation of innovative end-to-end business processes and state-of-the-art technologies: from classic merchandise and branch management and logistics to finance, B2C and B2B commerce and marketing, sales, service and customer data management. Digital solutions enable KPS' customers to find innovative ways to pick up and surprise their customers, for example with the best customer journey and optimal customer experience, targeted searches in the online shop or AI-based, individualised offers or newsletters.
„The following applies to retailers: The customer must be in focus. They must be able to move seamlessly in the omnichannel between the online shop, the store or other digital and analogue channels and be picked up everywhere with a consistent, positive experience", explains Michael Tsifidaris, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KPS AG. "Many companies have not yet aligned their processes in this way. We support our customers in this digital transformation and together we implement innovative business ideas. This always includes the transformation of existing processes and technologies.“
Innovative approaches lead to sustainable project success
In addition to the experience of the KPS consultants, innovative technologies and procedures such as the "Rapid Transformation Method" developed in-house or Process Mining in cooperation with Celonis are used for comprehensive consulting. In this way KPS shares its innovative success with its customers.
KPS's expertise extends far beyond the retail sector: in addition to trading companies such as CHRIST, Hugo Boss, s.Oliver and Home24, customers include energy supplier Innogy, window manufacturer Velux and pump specialist Grundfos. Together with Coca-Cola, KPS builds digital portals and optimises the user experience for industry giants such as the Celsa Group and Lincoln Electric. In Switzerland, KPS is currently supporting a large online pharmacy in the digital transformation of the healthcare system.
„Due to the Internet, stationary trade has undergone massive changes and had to react much earlier to avoid going under. This is why this industry is very far ahead in terms of digitalization," comments Leonard Musso, CEO of KPS AG. "We are very successful in passing on this experience from the retail sector to companies in other industries. This applies in particular to the entire B2B sector, which we support efficiently in digital transformation and optimal digital customer journey.“
In 2018 and 2019, KPS was again one of the most innovative German consulting companies. This year the prize could not be handed over personally by the well-known science journalist and mentor of TOP 100, Ranga Yogeshwar. Therefore you can see his personal dedication here in the video (german language).
