Focus partner in Retail & Consumer Products, Customer Experience (CX) and Processes & Life Sciences Industries

Munich, 11 March 2023. Every year, the German SAP team recognises focus partners for their joint market commitment. KPS AG has once again been named a focus partner of SAP as part of the SAP Diamond Initiative. For the first time, KPS AG was recognised in three categories at the same time. In addition to Retail & Consumer Products, the recognition was received also for the areas Customer Experience (CX) and Processes & Life Sciences Industries.

Receiving the award again confirms the comprehensive know-how of KPS AG, which has been a strong partner for the retail industry for over 20 years. While KPS has been recognised for Retail & Consumer Products for several years in a row, this year was the first time that awards were added for CX and Processes & Life Sciences. 

We are delighted to once again receive SAP's appreciation, as it shows the high quality of our consulting expertise and the added value for our retail customers. We are particularly pleased to have become a focus partner in two additional areas for the first time.

SAP's assessment is based on the group's diamond score model, which is used to evaluate partners' outstanding commitment.
