Koelnmesse needed to integrate diverse data sources, including SAP-ERP, external systems, and customer experience (CX) data, to create a unified data foundation. With over 80 trade fairs, the solution had to meet specific event needs and improve cross-channel marketing comparability, enabling optimised budget reallocation and performance tracking.
