DCI Marketing Executive

Purpose of the Position:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our growing UK marketing team to support the Head of Marketing in the development and implementation of the marketing plan to build our portfolio of eCommerce brands.

You will generate leads through effective execution of marketing activities, programs and campaigns including the relevant use of content marketing, social media, digital marketing, and event promotion. You will have a proven track record of lead generation and be able to hit the ground running and fit in with a dynamic marketing team that works at pace

  • Generating leads through executing the UK marketing strategy and B2B campaigns focusing on acquisition of new business.
  • Developing, sharing and updating multi-channel marketing collateral working with external agencies to produce industry relevant content including case studies, whitepapers, press releases and articles to drive data acquisition
  • Own and develop the KPS UK social media strategy, growing KPS’s reputation and build awareness in the UK amongst key prospects and partners.
  • Define and grow the content strategy, looking for opportunities to both promote and circulate our content and new topics to create content for to grow our footprint in the UK

Support the Head of Marketing in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy that supports the overall business strategy and targets, specifically:

  • Planning and development of thought leadership articles and blogs
  • Development and implementation of content strategy across website (Adobe Experience Manager), email and social channels (specifically LinkedIn and Twitter)
  • Planning and execution of internal and external events (either KPS led events, or events that KPS attends)
  • Planning and implementation of eCommerce marketing campaigns
  • Tracking and reporting on social engagement, website traffic, lead generation and brand reputation.
  • Building out the marketing toolkit and assets to aid the Sales and Accounts teams engage effectively with clients and prospects.
  • Championing the Marketing department internally, creating a wider awareness across the company, celebrating wins and achievements, increasing the wider company's awareness and appreciation of the marketing department.
  • Planning and execution of monthly newsletters through Hubspot
  • 2 years' experience within a marketing team, preferably within an B2B / eCommerce environment
  • Great content creation and copywriting skills and the ability to digest and tackle complex subject matter, with attention to detail when delivering assets.
  • Self-starter with ideas - and the ability to execute those ideas
  • Team player - working with internal teams and agencies (creative, brand, PR as appropriate) as well as our key partners
  • Experienced in using marketing tech, specifically SAP Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, and Google Suite. Transferable skills in other tools and platforms welcomed.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated and creative.
  • Within commutable distance of our office in Wimbledon.
