With the Bavaria's Best 50 award, the Bavarian state government honors medium-sized companies that have been able to increase both their number of employees and their sales at an above-average rate over the past five years.
KPS is one of this year's award winners – and with that, for the second time among Bavaria’s best 50 companies. The consultancy firm for digital transformation projects in the retail and consumer goods sectors has been growing steadily for years: Over the past five years, the company has increased its revenue by more than 50 percent and more than doubled its workforce.
Participation in the competition is open to companies every three years. KPS was already one of the winners in 2016 - and is now seamlessly building on its success.
" To win the price twice within three years is not a given. It reflects our above-average and steady growth," says CEO Leonardo Musso. "We are very pleased about it. On the one hand it acknowledges what we are doing, on the other hand it gives us the incentive and motivation to continue to drive sustainable growth, and thus take on both economic and social responsibility for the economy and the people of Bavaria.”
This is already the 18th year that the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy is honoring particularly high-growth medium-sized companies throughout Bavaria through its Bavaria's Best 50 competition. All competition participants were evaluated according to objective criteria. The auditors and tax consultants PSP Peters Schönberger GmbH determined the winners as an independent and neutral body.
The prize was awarded by Hubert Aiwanger, Bavarian State Minister for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, at an evening ceremony. Anouschka Horn from broadcaster Bayerischer Rundfunk led the festive evening program.
