The demand for digitization and transformation projects in the retail and consumer goods sector continued unabated in 2019. KPS was also able to win customer projects in other sectors, such as mechanical engineering or consumer goods.
This helped to increase the total sales of KPS AG from 172 million euros in 2018 to 180 million euros in 2019. In the ranking of the strongest German management consultancies, KPS AG improved from 8th place last year to 7th place, in which Lünendonk lists management consultancies that have their headquarters and the majority of their share capital in Germany.
"Companies from all industries put the customer at the centre of their activities. They want to improve the customer experience by personalising content and customer approach - whether B2C or B2B," says Leonardo Musso, CEO of KPS AG. "We have accompanied retail companies through the strenuous first years of digitalization. With our experience of digital transformation, we can also successfully support companies in other sectors, such as service providers, industrial companies or energy suppliers. The Lünendonk ranking reflects our success in this respect. I would like to thank all our customers, partners and employees for their trust and commitment."
