KPS reaches the Pinnacle as SAP’s top UK Customer Experience Partner of the Year

We were selected from over 20,000 partners worldwide to be named as one of the top 3 companies in the world in the recent SAP Pinnacle Awards, in the Customer Experience Partner of the Year (Small and Midsize Companies) category.

This category recognises vendors who have most successfully utilised customer experience solutions from the SAP suite to drive outstanding retail performance. When deciding upon the finalists, judges considered technology innovation, market impact and exceptional results for retailers. We were the only UK partner to be awarded Customer Experience Partner of the Year, as one of the top 60 companies named in the world for their client-focused solutions as part of the awards programme.

Our recent achievement at the SAP Pinnacle Awards follows a successful run of recent UK award wins for its ground-breaking work with Dreams, the leading specialist bed retailer. These include the Direct Commerce Association Awards, across ‘Best Exploitation of Technology’ and ‘Outstanding Customer Experience’. KPS was also awarded ‘Ecommerce Agency of the Year’ at the UK E-commerce Awards.
