Michael Tsifidaris

Chairman

Michael Tsifidaris

Michael Tsifidaris is one of KPS’s four founders. After graduating with a degree in business management, he began his career at IBM Consulting, where he led international projects in the areas of supply chain, ERP and outsourcing. After several positions with national and international responsibility, Tsifidaris was appointed to IBM’s Central European Management Team. In 1994, he published a book entitled “Management der Innovation: Pragmatische Konzepte zur Zukunftssicherung des Unternehmens“ (“Managing Innovation: pragmatic solutions to secure your company’s future"). In 2002, Michael Tsifidaris became Managing Partner at KPS Consulting with responsibility for the company’s strategic development, and is the Head of the Strategy & Transformation Consulting division. In 2008, he took on an additional role as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Leonardo Musso

Executive Board Member

Leonardo Musso

Leonardo Musso is the sole executive board member of KPS AG. After completing his economics degree at the universities of Florence, Constance and Barcelona, Leonardo began his career at BMW AG. There, he worked in international product marketing, before moving to IBM Consulting where he shared responsibility for several international projects. Musso was one of the four founders of KPS in 2000, and since that time he manages operations for KPS's subsidiaries and acts as the chief representative of the holding company. He was appointed a member of the board in 2015.
Josef Richter

Supervisory Board Member

Josef Richter

Josef Richter has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of fashion, consumer products and automotive suppliers. After graduating with a degree in business management, he started his career at Webasto, where as CIO he took over the management of the spin-off company IT Informationssysteme GmbH. He went on to manage one of the earliest and largest transformation initiatives in the fashion industry to use SAP AFS and SAP Retail. After joining KPS as Managing Partner in 2009. Josef Richter is also responsible for KPS’ expansion into Scandinavia. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2024.
Hans-Werner Hartmann

Hans-Werner Hartmann

Hans-Werner Hartmann has 35 years of management experience in SMEs and international corporations. He began his career with leadership roles in finance and accounting, moving on to senior management positions in various manufacturing companies. In 2004, he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Haitec AG; after the reverse takeover by KPS, he took a seat on the Supervisory Board of KPS AG. He studied law and business management at the universities of Augsburg and Fulda, forming the foundation for Hartmann’s successful career. His work as a legal and business consultant has mainly focused on the areas of logistics, asset management, human resources, mergers and acquisitions and wide-ranging solutions for cost-saving and earnings growth. Today, Hans-Werner Hartmann provides M&A consulting for multinationals.
Franz Diks

Finance Director

Franz Diks

​Franz Diks is serving as a Group Finance Director at KPS with responsibilities for Investor Relations, Finance and Controlling since June 2024. Prior to his position at KPS AG, he was an Executive Chief Finance Officer at ECENTA AG, a global SAP consulting company and now part of VASS Group. He comes to KPS with 30 years of national and international expertise in Finance, M&A, Tax, Transfer-Pricing, Controlling, Process Management and Business Reporting gained also at KPMG, Deloitte, SAP and Software AG with a German Tax Advisory Certificate.  
Barnaby Moffat

Barnaby Moffat

Co-founder and the UK Commercial Director of KPS Digital, Barnaby Moffat has driven rapid growth in the business leading to KPS becoming one of the most successful and most awarded SIs in e-commerce and Customer Experience solutions. Responsible for commercial strategy and the KPS UK business demand division, as well as company positioning and technology vendor partnerships.

 

Barnaby has over 20 years experience in building relationships with companies looking to bring to life their digital ambitions and leap forward years in their digital maturity.

Lluis Sans

Managing Director IBERIA

Lluis Sans

Lluis Sans is Managing Director Iberia and responsible for the Southern and Western Europe region. After studying industrial engineering at the University of Barcelona, he began his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he developed projects in the areas of process reengineering, lean manufacturing, change management and SAP implementation. After leading several international SAP projects in Europe, he co-founded the SAP consultancy ICE Consultants Europe in Barcelona with Javier Pan in 2001, which has been part of the KPS Group since 2017. Lluis is responsible for the strategic direction and expansion in the Iberian market.
Alexander Fahrnholz

Alexander Fahrnholz

Alexander Fahrnholz is Vice President at KPS and has over 20 years of experience in the retail, consumer goods and manufacturing sectors. He graduated in economics at the University of Regensburg and started his career as a management consultant. He managed projects and initiatives in Switzerland, Germany, Scandinavia and the UK. During this time, Alexander worked in various management positions. Alexander joined KPS in 2012 as a member of our business consulting team and has played a key role in the development of the Scandinavian business area, where he is responsible for several SAP transformation programs as program manager.
Dr. Michael Mirz

Dr. Michael Mirz

Dr. Michael Mirz, Vice President at KPS, has 30 years of experience in the retail, wholesale and automotive industries. After completing an undergraduate business degree at Boston University, he began his career in the automotive industry. After graduating with his MBA from IESE in Barcelona, he spent several years working for renowned retail companies, holding various management positions. At KPS, Michael Mirz is responsible for several large-scale KPS transformation projects with a focus on omnichannel retail, supply chain optimisation, and IT-implementation.
Thomas Süß

Vice President

Thomas Süß

Thomas Süß is Vice President at KPS and has been working in process and SAP consulting for 25 years with a focus on retail, consumer goods and industry. After graduating in economics, he began his career at Accenture and, before joining KPS, accompanied numerous project initiatives in Germany and abroad at large consulting firms such as Kurt Salmon Associates or Siemens Business Services. In recent years, Thomas Süß has led major transformation programmes in the retail sector, with a special focus on wholesale, fashion, department stores' chains and food retail. Together with his team, Thomas Süß is responsible for the development and maintenance of the KPS Instant Platforms.

Frank Deburba

Frank Deburba is Managing Director and drives the development and realisation of new market strategies as a consistent shaper with determination and perseverance. His current work is based on his studies in business administration and various management positions in international trade and in the software industry. As a co-founder, he has been shaping the digital transformation in core European industries with the strategy consultancy "Infront Consulting" since 2004 - Infront has been a 100% subsidiary of KPS since 2018. He has particular expertise in strategy and management consulting around the topics of digital transformation, business development, marketing and sales.

Thomas Sindemann

Thomas Sindemann, Managing Director and Founding Partner of Infront Consulting, develops and implements diverse digital transformation & innovation programmes as a pragmatic strategist. His focus is on the platform-based transformation of established companies from industry, trade and services to significantly strengthen their ability to grow in the market. Effective change in a short time, together with the customer and for noticeably more success - that's what drives him. In doing so, he draws on practical management experience at a leading European consumer goods manufacturer and as a top management consultant at an international consulting firm and Infront Consulting, which he co-founded in 2004 and integrated into the KPS group in 2018.
