KPS, consulting firm and long-standing SAP implementation partner, has entered into a close cooperation with market research expert Qualtrics. The experience management company, among other things, collects and analyzes empirical data from customers and employees using professional cloud software. Through this unique collaboration, the partners will combine facts with feedback – bringing two different data worlds together and helping to improve the customer experience.
By integrating Qualtrics within the system landscape, customer, marketing and sales data from the company’s SAP systems can be bundled with the findings from surveys or customer feedback, thus permitting a targeted analysis and, ultimately, an improvement of the customer experience. This is ensured by implementation partner KPS.
"By integrating Qualtrics into the C/4HANA products, such as SAP Marketing, SAP Service Cloud, or SAP Commerce, we can create a seamless transition between processes and fully automate personalized marketing campaigns or service processes," explains Dr. Lucas Calmbach, Partner at KPS.
