In the partnership, which has been in place since 2019, KPS and Annex Cloud have already mastered many joint projects and supported companies in implementing the optimal customer experience.

Annex Cloud's various products offer companies the opportunity to offer customers a loyalty or bonus points programme or to issue rewards for new customer referrals at a wide variety of touchpoints. These incentives make the end customer more willing to interact with the company. The increased loyalty of the customer in this way significantly increases key KPIs such as Customer Lifetime Value and Avarage Order Value and thus leads to more revenue. Customer loyalty and retention are important success factors for retailers, especially when they rely on new B2B2C processes such as their own marketplace and do not want to dilute their brand and customer base as a result.
