Due to its international focus, Grundfos employs many sales representatives who travel to customers and business partners worldwide. As a result, the company has to master a high number of travel bookings, expense reports and other receipts. To optimize the processes around business travel management and to relieve the employees accordingly, the pump manufacturer decided to deploy SAP Concur worldwide.
